State level and district level championships, to ensure proper holding of such meetings, competitions, referee selections under the guidance of the Karnataka State Silambam (Stick-Fencing) Association. Prior permission from the Karnataka State Silambam (Stick-Fencing) Association has to be obtained for all tournaments conducted by affiliated members from all over Karnataka.

To affiliate itself and to enforce all rules and regulations of the National Federations.

Only affiliated clubs of the Karnataka State Silambam (Stick-Fencing) Association will be permitted to use the name of the Association and take part with their term in State level, District level championships, seminars and clinics.

To be the only Official Organization in complete and sole charge of Stick fencing matters in the State.

To educate the public of the State on the value of Amateurism in Stick fencing.

To guard and enforce rules of the Association in co-operation with the Sports Clubs in Karnataka, Organizations and Stick fencing Schools across the State.

To maintain the highest ideals of Amateurism and to promote interest therein.

To do every act that may be necessary and expedient in the promote interest therein.

To keep the Stick Fencing movement completely independent, autonomous and entirely free from all political, religious and commercial influences etc.

To further the case of the Stick fencing Movement and that of Amateur Sports and to guard and enforce the rules of Amateurism.

To be the sole channel of communication as regards to finance and other matters between affiliated clubs, organizations and schools and the Karnataka State Government, as and when necessary.

To have full and complete jurisdiction over all matters pertaining to the participation of Karnataka State Team in the National Sports and Games held under the patronage of the National Federation.

To encourage and assist in the organization of Stick fencing meets between cities, universities, regions, states and foreign visiting teams.

To organize the Karnataka State Stick fencing Championship every year or as often as possible in co-operation with the associations, clubs, organizations, and stick fencing schools affiliated to the Karnataka Stick Fencing Association.

To conduct State Stick fencing Championships in any city of Karnataka State as and when called upon.

To be solely responsible for managing the funds of the Association for such means as holding flag day etc., to employ the funds of the Karnataka State Silambam (Stick-Fencing) Association in such a manner as shall be deemed necessary in its best interest.

To purchase, take on lease, hire or otherwise or acquire or dispose of any moveable or immovable property, rights or privileges, necessary for the purpose of carrying on the activities of the Karnataka State Silambam (Stick-Fencing) Association, on such terms and conditions as the Executive Committee at its discretion may deem fit.
